The beach house is absolute water frontage at 1 Elfrieda Drive Tumby Bay. Tumby Bay is located approximately 49 kilometers North of Port Lincoln. Fish or swim from the front door, feed the pelicans, lay on the beach or play on the lawn. Watch the kids from the dining table. No need to go anywhere else. This beach house has it all. Perfect for families, couples, fish fanatics, bird watchers and artists.

All new queen-size bed is located in the master bedroom.

Keys

As the beach house is unattended prior arrangement for keys will need to be made.
